An Update on The DoorDash Outage - July 2022

We know many of you have been frustrated with the DoorDash situation and are eagerly awaiting to find out when Para’s DoorDash integration will be restored. 
While our engineers have been working overtime to find a fix, unfortunately, DoorDash is putting A LOT of time and resources into blocking Para and preventing you from having the information you need. It sucks. 

Don’t worry....WE AREN’T GIVING UP! 

Ensuring you have these rights may take some time given the resistance of DoorDash to do what is right for you. But know we do have a few tricks up our sleeve, so stick with us!

HOW YOU CAN HELP

1. JOIN THE MOVEMENT

Sign the Driver's Rights Movement Petition demanding DoorDash give complete information transparency to drivers before they accept an order.

2. GET LOUD 

Share our posts demanding transparency.

Defend Para on social media and community forums (after all we aren’t the bad guys).

Send us a video telling us why you love Para and what Tip Transparency means to  you. (send to [e-mail])

3. STICK WITH US 

Para still discloses critical information Uber, UberEats, and Grubhub do not. 

And, in addition to a permanent solution for DoorDash, Para is also working on exciting new features for Uber, UberEats, and Grubhub that will launch within the next month or so.  We can’t say much now, but know it will make multi-apping easier, safer, and more profitable for gig workers!
